Linda Palermo
Chief Revenue Officer
Linda brings to this role her 20-plus years of operations and sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Linda oversees all of the sales, revenue management, and marketing functions for Joie de Vivre Hospitality including corporate sales support, in-house marketing services, brand initiatives, online marketing efforts, electronic distribution, and channel management.
Prior to joining Joie de Vivre, Linda was Regional Director of Sales for TravelCLICK’s Western North America division, where she led a team responsible for generating Western North America revenues and worked with brands, management companies, hotels, and owners to drive additional profit through growing and shifting business to electronic distribution channels. Before then, Linda spent over six years based at InterContinental Hotels’ Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco as the company’s Western Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. In this position, she oversaw sales, marketing, revenue management, and catering and conference services for the Mark Hopkins and eight managed/owned Crowne Plaza Hotels. Linda also brings to her new role her experience as Vice President of Human Resources for The Flatley Company’s Tara Hotels in Braintree, MA.
Linda, raised in the Philippines, is involved as a volunteer for Cornell University as well as Hospice of Marin and Guide Dogs for the Blind. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, she started her hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels in 1988 and has worked for Hyatt Hotels and Le Meridien Hotels in addition to InterContinental Hotels and TravelCLICK.
