Hotel Heroes is an annual city-wide event started by co-founder Chip Conley to recognize staff in the industry for their above and beyond service to guests. Recognition is common in hotels on a regular basis, with free tickets to the theatre or dinner for two at a local restaurant, or VIP discounts to a favorite club.
