The Restaurant at Ventana Big Sur, Central Coast

Regrettably, Cielo Restaurant is closed due to a structural fire and will reopen as The Restaurant at Ventana in the Spring of 2009. During this time we invite our lodging guests to dine in our new Ventana Bistro which features a menu reflecting Ventana's rustic indulgence by utilizing local, sustainable ingredients to create memorable dishes to pair with our award-winning wine list.
