This bright, modern burger joint puts you in the driver’s seat. Choose from oodles of options—patties, toppings, sauces, buns—and build the burger of your dreams. Throw in a side of sweet potato fries and a some warm apple crisp a la mode and you’ve got a classic all-American meal!
Custom-ize Your Perfect Burger!
- Select your patty — Will it be angus or kobe beef, lamb, turkey, veggie, chicken or salmon? Our options change daily.
- Get creative — Choose up to three free toppings, from the usual lettuce and tomatoes, to the exotic arugula or grilled pineapple.
- Top it off — for an additional charge, you can add six different kinds of toppings, including cheese, bacon, avocado, chili or even a fried Petaluma egg.
- Sauce things up — Choose from a unique variety of sauces — We’ve got Peppercorn Ranch, Spanish Romesco and Ketchipotle, to name just a few. One sauce included at no additional charge.
- Name your bun — Of course you’ll need a bun to hold your burger masterpiece together. Select from onion poppy, brioche, multigrain and more, all baked fresh daily.
Now that you’ve got your Custom burger designed, choose from several sides—french fries with sea salt, sweet potato fries or a tower of onion rings. If you’ve got a hearty appetite, indulge in a hand-scooped milkshake or warm apple crisp a la mode to finish things off.
Custom Lounge
Take a left when you walk in the door and you’re in the Custom Lounge, a cool blue cousin of Custom Burger. Here you can get table service and custom cocktails—drops, cosmos, mojitos, margaritas, sangrias and more. Just like your burger, these can be made to order with top-shelf liquors and fresh juices.
You can also order from the Custom Burger menu, sample the Custom Lounge specialty burger—made with angus beef, blue cheese, bacon, mushrooms, carmelized onions, garlic aioli and onion bun—or order a small-plate special such as lump crabcakes with chipotle mayo, hoisin-glazed ribs and sliced chicken breast with apple-fennel stuffing. Two specials are served daily, only in the lounge.
So sip a martini and enjoy the alluring aqua atmosphere while waiting for your food to arrive.
We support local businesses
We use local produce including naturally-raised, hormone-free beef from the Golden Gate Meat Company. Buns are baked and delivered daily from Panorama Bread Company. Our home-made pies are made from scratch. Even our beers—Anchor Steam and Trumer Pilsner—are brewed in the San Francisco bay area.
